The terms and conditions of use of the Calories Credit Challenge Application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) are made between the Ministry of Tourism and Sports (the “Service Provider”), one party with the Service User (the “Service User”), the other party, including the Service User who has subscribed to be an Application Member and the Service User who has not subscribed to be an Application Member. Definition


1) “Provider” means the Ministry of Tourism and Sports in the name of the “Calories Credit Challenge Application” or any other name that refers to this Service and means, including, the use of any part or all of it, directly through the Calories Credit challenge Application.

2) “User of the Service” means any person or entity that accesses the Service, whether it is a Product, Software, Service or Website of the Provider.

3) “Terms of Service” means an agreement, terms, agreement or any other name of the same nature to indicate legal rights and obligations.

4) “Information” means any information that a Service User or a person authorized by the Service User makes available to the Application instead.

Intellectual Property

You agree and acknowledge that the Provider is the sole owner or owner of the intellectual property of the Calories Credit Challenge Application, all the work or information on this Application whether in copyright, patent, trademark, and other property rights, rights or other rights. It is prohibited to reproduce, transfer, modify, publish, or otherwise, in whole or in part, without the express written permission of the provider. The offender shall be prosecuted in accordance with the maximum law.
Register or Subscriptions
In order to enable users to use the Company's Application Services in full, users can subscribe to the Service in the manner specified by the provider in the Application. However, the Provider reserves the right to deny subscription to certain users of the Service. The Provider is entitled to terminate or suspend the use of any of the Services users at any time, such as in the event of violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use of the App, or in the case of users trading, exchanging or transferring membership accounts to another person, etc. Application Service Usage


The Service User agrees and agrees that the Service User will use this Application for the purposes that are lawful under these Terms and Conditions only, as specified herein. However, the Service user will not act in any of the following ways:

1) Infringement, contempt of the National Institute of Religion, the King.

2) Send or write bullying, obscene, defamatory, insulting, threatening to denounce a member of another service or a third party.

3) Perform or authorize any third party to perform modifications, modify, translate or reverse the production process of any part of the Application, the framework of the App, or model any portion of the Service from the Applications, including infringement of copyright, trademark or other intellectual property information of the Company or other service users.

4) Reproducing, re-publishing, modifying, downloading, uploading, announcing, publishing or making public any act that is illegal or unlawful without prior written permission from the provider, infringes the intellectual property rights of the company or other persons, including, but not limited to, copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets or other intellective property in any way.

5) Downloading, uploading, announcing, or performing any acts to obtain unfavourable benefit from any content or text from this Application without the prior written consent of the provider and/or posting or displaying any messages that cause harm to the Provider, members, users of the Internet service and/ or third parties, including the use of computer programs, software, interference, interruption, operation or service of a provider, or third party computers and / or computer systems.

Any act contrary to any notice or policy of the Service provider set forth in these Terms and Conditions and/or any further amendment to any Terms or Conditions subsequently announced or established by the Service Provider. If the service provider becomes aware that a Service user is acting in any way that violates these terms and conditions, the Provider shall be entitled to suspend the service to the Service user without notice and/ or may act legally with the Service User as soon as the service Provider deems appropriate.

Providers' rights

(1) Business rights to which information is imported into the system. The Service User acknowledges that the Service Provider may review, modify, and delete any business list (including business name, address, phone, telephone, distance, score, images) or other information on the Application alone. The decision of the Provider in respect of the application's information is ultimate.

2) Rights to collect and use personal information of service users. The service provider will request information about service users when a service user creates an account on an application, such as name, address, e-mail, and birthdays. Service users may store information about services such as Facebook or Line to facilitate registration with the application. The provider uses the username of the service to create an account, and uses the subscription of a service to help the application know the province in which the service user is resident. We use the electronic mail or phone number of the Service user to contact the user in the service. In this case, the Service provider agrees to give the service's consent to the collection and processing of personal information on service users in the use of such an application. Furthermore, the provider sends notifications to electronic mail. The user can choose whether to receive or not receive this information. This provider reserves the user's right to contact usernames in order to gather and process the personal data of services users in use with such applications.

3) The right to store and use information about location, address and activity. The navigation of service users. The application can provide more useful information. If the service user tells us the current location of a service user (e.g. using a mobile device with a GPS system), the provider may retain and use the user's location information to advertise and disclose the address of the service users to third parties. In the event that the user enables the GPS system service, it is assumed that the Service user has given its consent to the Company to collect and process the location of the current service user. However, if the user wishes to conceal this information, the user can install the application or disable the GPS on the mobile phone of the user.

4) Right to disclose information to third parties. The Service Provider may provide third-party space for advertising on the Application pages. Users of the Service agree and consent to the Company to transfer information about the Service Users, including but not limited to the province in which the Service User resides, date of birth, year of service user and sex, to display advertising related to the Service user. In some cases, the Service provider may contact the User of the Electronic Mail Service on behalf of a third party for direct marketing purposes.

5) The right to disclose information where necessary. The Provider reserves the right to investigate any legal or moral violations on the Application and any violations of the Provider's Terms and Conditions of Service. The Provider may divulge the Service User's information to a third party. If the Service Provider believes in good faith that such disclosure is feasible for the purpose of conducting on suspicion of illegal activity, enforcing the Providers' Terms of Service, acting in accordance with legal process, protecting the reputation and property rights of the provider and other members of the Service users. Any other case, as the Supplier deems reasonable.

6) Right to delete, modify and modify subscription. The Service Provider reserves the right to remove subscriptions obtained by the Service User in any way, in its sole discretion.

7) Limitation of liability of the Provider. The Provider disclaims any liability for damages arising from import, creation, distribution or any other action of the User of the Service as a whole. The Service User reserves the right to claim to the Service Provider any responsibility for such damages.

8) The provider does not warrant the accuracy of any information, whether such information belongs to the provider or is from other sources, as well as information generated and shared by members of the application users.

This limitation of liability of such service providers includes errors in the provision, transmission of information, or any actions of any company, business partner of the provider, joint service provider or other Internet service user, by deleting or suspending the distribution of messages in accordance with the law, as a result of computer crimes.2550 In the event that the user finds out that the service provider has illegally disclosed information under article 14 of the Act, it is a computer offence.ศ. 2550 Users may notify the Service Provider to request the suspension or deletion of the dissemination of unlawful information by the following methods:ศ. 2550 Details of the provider and details of damages incurred to the user of the service or to third parties, etc. with the submission of documents demonstrating such offences and other relevant documents to the investigating officer, details related to the unlawful disclosure of information under article 14 of the Computer Crime Act, p.ศ. 2550 against the provider. By filling in the details in the form specified by the service provider and submitting documents indicating such an offence, the service user's location information is stored and used to advertise and disclose the address of a service user to a third party. In the event that a user enables the use of a GPS system service, it is assumed that the user agrees with the company to collect and process the current location of the user of the service. However, if the user wishes to conceal this information, the user can install the application or disable the GPS on the mobile phone of the Service user.
Right to disclose to third parties

The Service Provider may provide third-party space for advertising on the Application pages. Any other case, as deemed reasonable by the Service provider.


Right to delete

Register or Subscription. The Service Provider reserves the right to delete subscriptions obtained by the Service in any way, in the sole discretion of the Service provider.

Service Provider Liability Limitation
The Service Provider disclaims any liability for damages arising from the import, creation, dissemination or any other action of the User of the Service as a whole. The Service Users disclaim any right to claim to the Service provider any responsibility for such damages. The Provider does not warrant the accuracy of any information whether such information is of the Provider or is from another source, as well as information generated and shared by the Application User's Members.
This limitation of liability of such service providers includes errors in the provision, transmission of information, or any actions of any company, business partner of the provider, joint service provider or other Internet service user, by deleting or suspending the distribution of messages in accordance with the law, as a result of computer crimes.2550 In the event that the user finds out that the service provider has illegally disclosed information under article 14 of the Act, it is a computer offence.ศ. 2550 The Service User may notify the Service Provider to request the suspension or deletion of the dissemination of unlawful information by the following means:
Make a daily record as evidence against your investigator, reporting details related to the unlawful disclosure of information under article 14 of the Computer Crime Act.ศ. 2550 Details of the provider and details of damages incurred to the user of the service or to third parties, etc. with the submission of documents demonstrating such offences and other relevant documents to the investigating officer, details related to the unlawful disclosure of information under article 14 of the Computer Crime Act, p.ศ. 2550 for the service provider by filling in the details of the form specified by the provider, with the submission of documents demonstrating such offences.
